Several ways: use a ring cutter.Also can get soapy water or some other things such as lubercant and pull or twist round.Also another way is to get suture or strong nylon thread and put one end under the ring and distal finger thread around to decrease size.Then pull the other end and it unravels pulling the ring with it http://www.assh.org/handcare/Conditions-and-Injuries/Hand-Safety/Removing-a-Ring
