I'm 18- no underlying health issues. i just had a nosebleed out of both nostrils the came from my upper nostrils, not lower like usual. is this normal?

Not normal: Bleeding is not usually the norm. Your bleeding may not represent anything serious but needs to be checked out especially if it continues with either your PCP or an ENT specialist.
