Birth Control pills?: No worries. If a woman is taking her birth control pills properly, they should work fine regardless of the azithromycin, as long as she wasn't having vomiting or some serious diarrhea. Any fertile woman who has sex with a fertile guy can get pregnant, so always plan for that rare, surprise baby.
