Difficult to say: After you were treated, was the other person treated as well? If you are having unprotected sex, it is always a possibility that you will get another STD again! The most important thing is to use condoms EVERY time you have sex, no matter whether you've been treated for an STD or not. You don't really know if your partner has one and can reinfect you. Take care of yourself by using the condoms!

Hard to say: I would not assume that taking those pills cured you immediately, since the meds stay in your system for a week or more to do the job. You likely passed it to your partner and need to tell him. In the future, please clarify this with your healthcare provider before you resume sexual activity. At least use a condom that might decrease risk.
