If i take azithromycin 500mg 1 pill on saturday(3rd) and the other pill on the next monday(5th), do they still work to clear infection for chlamydia ?

Possibly: The standard recommended treatment for chlamydia using Azithromycin would be a single dose (not divided) of 1, 000mg. Retesting for eradication is not usually done unless there are persistent or recurrent symptoms or deviation from recommended treatment.
