Yes: For your stomach pain and the other symptoms, not for the hay fever, which you can deal with later if you can find an allergist in your area or an ENT specialist, good luck

Further assessment: The hay fever will last as long as you’re exposed to what’s causing it, so this may last from weeks to months. However, your new symptoms don’t sound like hay fever. Something else may be causing the symptoms and you may want to contact your doctor for further assessment. If it’s hay fever, treatments (aside from avoiding triggers) include steroid nasal sprays and antihistamine pills.
