Short of breath? : Not sure why you are feeling this. Not a common reaction to this agent. If associated with a sense of worsening shortness of breath then I'd bring it up with your oncologist. Heart muscle dysfunction can occur from Herceptin (trastuzumab) and could I suppose result in palpitations or rapid heart beats
