im 5 months preganant and i have been getting cramps ans lower back pain .what might be the cause of this and is my baby okay?

18-20 w pregnant ?: Miscarriage is unusual at 18-20 weeks of pregnancy, but back pain can occur b/c the size of the pregnancy is large enough for the pregnancy to cause pressure on the vertebrae of the lower spine. See your OB provider for an exam to be certain.
