Talk to Ob: Without knowing how low it is difficult to speculate.A low blood pressure any time is 90/60.Make sure to keep hydrated.Usually in pregnancy at good presure to keep is around 110/70 and high bloodpressure in pregnancy is especially problematic.Talk to your OB about what is expected for you considering your BP before you got pregnant. Also are you having symptoms of low BP
