No: Many normal people have low bps ( typical range: 80-100 systolic). If you aren't dizzy, don't faint (as you said), are not on BP lowering drugs, haven't been bitten by a poisonous snake or just been shot, low BP is considered to be a sign of especially good health! healthy low BP is very commonly seen in children and young women.
