Nasal saline: Nasal saline and warm mist can help to relieve congestion. Avoiding secretion contact with the baby by wearing a mask and washing your hands will help to keep the baby well. Continue to breast feed. You can take vitamin C but the other ingredients may not be that effective in treating congestion. For fever, rather than aspirin, Tylenol is suggested.
