6 months ago i got a thorn stuck in my hand. since then the skin around the area has been drying and flaking. this area has also been growing.

See Derm or PCC: See a derm or a primary care,this could just be a local reaction with a pieceof it retained or an infection.Hard to tell without looking at itn.Concerning that it has been spreading.There are some fungus,bacteria and yeast that are thorns such as sporotrchosis so needs to be examined.
