Of course: Lymph is everywhere, like blood is everywhere. Think of lymph as the fluid in between cells (not inside cells) and not inside blood vessels. The fluid inside blood vessels is called blood. The fluid in our bodies that is not inside blood vessels needs a name... we call it lymph if it is normal fluid that's supposed to be there.
