? A reaction: To the thermals material, or the soap used, or some other reason, you take an antihistamine OTC, read the labels carefully, have a shower, use OTC 1% hydrocortisone cream over the rash if it doesn't fade, if no improvement go to urgent care, wish you well

Washed: Were these new thermals that were not washed before wearing.Sometimes some chemical used in the process of making clothes.it could be a folliculitis or yeast infection as the areas decribes as where we tend to sweat more.
