What treatment: Not sure what you mean by heavy. If they have fluid in them what we call edema you need to see a physician for evaluation

Not sure either: Venous insufficiency can cause improper blood flow causes swelling, varicose veins, and/or edema. Tired leg syndrome can cause tired feet and legs,that can be caused by neuropathy, or other nerve damage. These tired feet cause your legs and feet to feel sore and heavy, and may even when walking become painful.See a physician.

agree with : Dr. Kneece, regarding Venous incompetence and varicosities as one of the primary causes of tired legs. We have very little else regarding your medical history such as blood pressure, diabetes, smoking, obesity, andatherosclerosis especially of your extremities which can also cause tired legs. Exam, venous reflux and non invasive arterial study of your legs should sort this out.
