Not especially..but: These findings on an abdominal CT scan are not especially concerning on their own. And they certainly don't explain unexplained weight loss. So continuing to investigate to find the cause(s) for weight loss is imperative. It may be possible that the liver is contributing to the problem in some way...careful review of all symptoms, their time course and further testing should clarify the problem
