I can feel a hard lump under the skin just next to my bum crack on the right side. its not painful unless im sitting a certain way or putting pressure on it. its not visible at all, and feels almost like bone. ?

? Abscess: I would get this seen as could be an abscess.Sometimes if near the anus can be a perirectal abscess.if an abscess does not drain will get bigger and more painful.Better to get seen sooner than later.
