Called Hyperhidrosis: I would speak with a primary MD or a Dermatologist to make sure not a physical reason such as this such as Thyroid.Usually the First Line agents Antiperspirants and then oral medications.there are other options but I would try these first.There has been some success with conservative measures such as higher strength aluminium chloride antiperspirants.
