May be pleurisy: More information regarding your pain would be helpful. You may have pleurisy (inflammation of the lung and chest lining), the other possibilities are pulmonary embolism, pneumonia, pericarditis (inflammation of heart covering), muskuloskeletal pain, and splenic problems just to name few. Chest pain can be serious and it is better to be evaluated by a doctor.
