Ovarian pain: Depending on when in your cycle you are, pain in one side may represent an ovarian cyst or large follicle which has not yet ruptured. If this occurred about mid-cycle and your last period was 2-3 weeks prior, it will probably resolve. If pregnancy is possible, obtain a serum HCG test, and if positive see your gyn provider for an exam and other testing.
