Milk varies in fat c: While nonfat milk does not have fat, it does contain another lipid, cholesterol. Cholesterol digestion is similar to fat digestion. Whole milk has about 8 g of fat and 24 mg of cholesterol per 8 oz. serving; nonfat milk contains only 5 mg of cholesterol. So if it is low fat milk, then 3-4 hours but if it is full fatmilk takes 4-6 hrs to leave stomach,and 12-18hrs to be digested in Small Intestin
