Foot Pain Urinating: I assume that the position you are in while urinating is stressing the low back (check there first) or the pressure in the back of the thighs is irritating the sciatic nerve. Both need an orthopedist, physiatrist, or neurologist eval. Since the kidneys are in the back, there could be a problem there. See your PCP to get referral. Dr Rich Blake
