Knee: Most commonly patellofemoral syndrome is where the knee cap does not track properly causing pain. In female athletes, due to the hip anatomy, there tends to be more valgus strain on the knee. It can be treated with quad strengthening to balance the muscles and stablize the knee. If you have already seen an orthopedist, you should find a physical therapist to strengthen the quads and align the knee
