It could be Arthriti: Pain in the wrist can be caused by Arthritis or inflammation of the tendons(Tendinitis). You need to show it to your doctor in order to make a proper diagnosis and offer you treatment. In the meantime you can take Paracetamol for pain relief. it is available over the counter.
