Ganglionic cyst?: Hi, from the description I would think you have a Ganglionic cyst, They are not cancerous, these r fluid-filled cysts can quickly appear, disappear, and change size, usually no treatment needed but if you have pain, you can see an Orthopedic doctor to inject inside the cyst or remove it altogether.
