I have had a bloody discharge since early november. i went to the dr and he gave me antibiotics to stop the bleed. they did not work. i am not pregnant and was on the three month injection. i stopped it this month, but i am still bleeding?

"bloody discharge": Antibiotics will generally not be a treatment for abnormal vaginal bleeing. If the bleeding is after sexual activity, it may be from an inflammed cervix, and may require hot or cold cautery to cause regrowth of normal cervical tissue. If your menstrual cycles have been unpredictable on the depoprogeserone "shots", this problem should stop soon. See your gyn provider with questions about this.
