Need to see doctor: First, you need to do a pregnancy test to see if you are actually pregnant. Bleeding in pregnancy is never normal but does not necessarily mean anything bad. It could be normal implantation, a miscarriage or a pregnancy outside your uterus in your tube (an ectopic pregnancy). If your test is positive, you should see a physician as soon as possible for an ultrasound
