I was fingered awhile ago and i feel like i may have gotten pregnant. i have normal bleeding for 5 days each month. now have lots of white discharge.

Not pregnant: Fingering alone does not cause pregnancy. If you had a period after your sexual encounter, you are not pregnant. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.

Finger vs. "fanger": A finger manipulation of the genital tract will not provide semen to produce a pregnancy. A "fanger"(penis) will do the necessary job. If you have doubts, please do a pregnancy test. As long as the white discharge isn't semen, and does not itch or produce an odor(infection) it is normal.
