Natural things: Increase water intake,keep active as much as possible,prune and or apricot juice and also increase fiber intake-fruits and vegatables.if need a laxative Miralax is considered safe for short term use and only a small amount is absorbed.However, of note most medications have not been studied alot during pregnancy so best to do natural things first.
