My baby is 12 days old and when he drinks from bottle he makes a wheezing sound. his breathing is fine otherwise. is this normal?

Most likely: Babies can make odd sounds while drinking if there are secretions on the nose or throat. Try clearing the nose with a bulb syringe before feeding. If baby breathes fine otherwise. If baby has a actual trouble feeding or the problem gets worse, see your pediatrician to evaluate.
