Extended fingers: Of fetus as opposed to clenched fingers, is used to rule out several syndromes on ultrasound examination during pregnancy, in your case fingers aren't clenched, they just want to confirm full extension, wish you a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby and a healthy baby
