Variable : Could be peripheral neuropathy, referred symptoms from lumbar stenosis or disc herniation, blood vessel insufficiency. Depends perhaps on what activities cause symptoms to get better or worse, whether diabetes is present, etc. A thorough exam may reveal answers.
