My toddler has an annoying rash under his arm and i have tried allergex, deselex as welll as calamine but these seem to help temporarily but nothing that is stopping the itching?

Have it evaluated: These kids can get into a lot of things & that includes a fungus (ringworm) that can trigger such itching. Success with treatment will depend on finding out what you are treating.
