Fibroadenoma ?: Fibroadenomas are characteristically benign breast tumors, but rarely are confused with a smooth muscle tumor in the breast which is called a leiomyoma. Removal of a breast tumor and suitable repair of the resulting defect in the breast tissue will cause some post-operative pain, and caution about heavy exercise for about the first week or so, followed by healing.
