Provide more info: How low is your blood pressure? Some people live with lower blood pressure as their normal, for others it is abnormal. Decreasing urine output with low blood pressure can be a sign of decreased kidneys perfusion and need to be taken seriously. Other signs of low blood pressure such as dizziness, pre-syncope, and syncope should warrant medical attention. I would recommend seeing a doctor.
