Over the counter: Depends on how severe your pain is and on what medical history and allergies you have. You can start with tylenol and if not enough try non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs sich as (ibuprofen) if there are no contraindications. See a doctor for further evaluation of your pain and advise on dosing of pain killers.
