Call PCP: Is the difficult to swallow is that it just hurts and can or is not going down at all.That makes the difference.If you try and just hurts not as serious usually.The antibiotics may take up to 3 days before you notice a difference if it is bacterial.Drink plenty of water as well as warm or cold liquids which every is better.Salt water gargles.Ask Primary for magic mouthwash to numb area or steroids
