Being on 100 mcg levo for 6 months made tsh to 0.28 with normal free t3 and t4. but on dosage change to 75mcg tsh t4 is normal but free t3 is low 2.2.

Well : Ask the physician who is managing your thyroid illness they try to get both the TSH and free T4 In the normal range .Do you want to make sure it’s a free T4 not a regular T4 which can be very in accurate
