Yes: The recollection of a bad, painful or stressful memory can trigger anxiety and stress, which can be felt as a chest symptom. Ptsd is also a possibility. Caution that in the right scenario, mental stressors can precipitate chest pain that is angina, due to increased Epinephrine (adrenaline). That would need to be evaluted further by a physician.
