Cystocele/prolapse: If you are not pursuing pregnancy, and are having pain from the "cystocele/vaginal prolapse", ask your physician to consider a vaginal pessary, which may relieve your symptoms somewhat. Definitive surgery can correct both, so ask your physician to refer you to a pelvic reconstructive surgeon, who will provide other options .
