It varies: This depends on the type of magnesium, how well you absorb it etc. but if your blood level is slightly low you want to increase it much more than 0.1 as it suggests you have a serious deficiency. I advise taking at least 200 mg a day of Magnesium Taurate, Glycinate or lesser doses of a form called ReMag (see label). also increase dietary magnesium. See http://tinyurl.com/78l5mvm
