How do you know if a ovarian cyst is bleeding? i dont have see any blood or discharge. i do have pain tho on right side but heating pad helps

You won't know: If an ovarian cyst is bleeding, there will be no vaginal bleeding or discharge, and a heating pad won't stop the pain or the bleeding, if co concerned see your doctor/gynecologist for assessment, best wishes
