Spotting: Irregular bleeding is one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ; hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do a home pregnancy test . There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. No: This sounds like raynaud's phenomenon which is a blood vessel problem. Generally it is not dangerous unless you spend time out in the cold. You need to be very careful about keeping your fingers and toes warm. There are medications that can help the problem.

Pink eyes: Unfortunately, not enough details to tell you about your pink eyes. Pink eyes may be the result of conjunctivitis, dry eyes, contact lens overwear, overuse of eye drops that take the red out, allergies, etc. I suggest that you see your eye care provider for an evaluation.

When spotting very little, is it considered a menstral cycle?

Hypomenorrhea: Very light menstrual flow can be normal. Having regular cycles that aren't too heavy or painful is more important than concern about enough flow. A sudden change in menstrual flow can signal a problem, like a hormonal change or pregnancy.

It depends: If you've either not had sex in the past month or have been using effective contraception, it may be just random hormonal changes. You may have a perfectly normal period mid-March. On the other hand, if you have had sex and/or not used a reliable contraceptive, check a pregnancy test if your period doesn't come on time.
