Leftover: the most likely explanation is that there was some blood left that needed to come out and is causing the pink spotting. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. You can track your cycles over the next few months and see if they go back to normal. If not see an Obgyn and discuss options for cycle regulation
