Armpit pain: Can you be sure it's a gland and not an ingrown hair that's infected with an early abscess. Associated redness would make that more likely. A painful or tender lymph gland is usually reacting to some local inflammation/infection. Apply warm soaks. If pain,tenderness or swelling persist, see an MD.
