Flu in 2 and a half month old when should i worry and go to the dr?

When it spooks you: The infant who feeds/breathes/acts in their usual pattern is likely okay. Any infant with flu has some risk of flu derived pneumonia, which would show as rapid breathing/poor feeding/ lethargy. Tamiflu is a med approved as early as infancy but to help it must be started in the first 24-48 hrs. It also has high risk of serious side effects in infancy & use must be balanced against those risks.
