Sinus infections. : Can you clarify frequent? If you have fever of 101 with headache and sinus pressure, you may need to get evaluated for a sinus infection which needs treatment. If you have many sinus infections, you should also have ENT evaluation to see if there is anatomical issue occurring which should be taken care of to prevent recurrent infections.
