Possibly: Losing weight and following a low diet has occasionally reversed nonalcohlic fatty liver,especially in early stages, and at least many times reduces the amount of fatty infiltration. There is no medication that reverses fatty liver. Reducing sugars in your diet and regular exercise also helps. These measures also can help alcoholic fatty liver(must stop alcohol intake as well).
