Probably not: Fatty liver is a disease that generally has treatment goals of non-progression rather than total cure. Even complete liver transplant will not uncommonly have recurrence of fatty liver near the allograft site, which can subsequently lead to further problems. Treatments tend to focus on addressing the underlying cause of the fatty liver.
