Be seen: Multiple potential causes; from problems in the shoulder such as a rotator cuff problem, to causes that are more proximal Like a pinched nerve in the neck. A detailed exam and appropriate studies would likely show the diagnosis. At that point, appropriate treatment options will be known and can be discussed.
